Vareel leads an assault on Yvelnar in order to arrest a someone who has been causing troubles to many worlds: Interferences with civilisations, abductions, and other problematic behaviours from an ancient Valnarii who rules like a goddess within the planet's deepest abyss.

The galaxy must flourish on its own. No longer can the citizens of Valnar be allowed to temper with it on a large scale.


After the galactic empire of Valnar's downfall, the newer generations of the homeworld brought a new idea of coexistence to everyone else: Valnar would cease their large-scale control of the galaxy and retire for good. They would become celestial observers, studying but never interfering with the other lifeforms.
But not all Valnarii were on board. Some decided they wished to rule still, to be treated as gods by fauna of other planets or their own creations. They left their society and rebuilt their own smaller empires on different planets.
Valnar has kept a close eye on these followers of the old ways, making certain they are not going too far with their ambitions.
And if they do, Valnar has to get involved personally.
