I had to vent, i'm sorry. ~
Crying doesn't come without pain flare ups and all kinds of horrid things...
I nearly passed out I couldn't breathe, my chest and ribs hurt, everything feels like i've been through hell.
Not only is it a day (UK Father's Day) I despise for my own reasons, my bird passed away and I also find out my Nana's Sister has died too.
Its been a rough as fuck day and my Fibromyalgia is not treating me kindly either.
Massive headache from sobbing and not being able to breathe, feels like everything is caving in.
I understand that life happens, death happens...its just tough on my little black heart right now.
I'm just thankful for my tiger being home early to comfort me, he's a good soul.
I also appreciate you all, please never forget how important you are.
