Official Arlo ref sheet! Got a huge redesign from his previous, more naturally-colored form. I wanted to go full sparkledog from the jump but unfortunately I don't have a lot of practice with out there color palettes and making them work- so I opted to pull some ideas from other places in nature. I also incorporated goat hybridism and swapped out the tangible wings for retractable spectral angel wings because it looks sick and I'm very happy with this design.
