Appearance: A fanciful little rat, has an affinity for vests (frilly clothing in private), art, The practical applications of Normalcy, and fine literature. a bit scrawny and quite jumpy, understandably though. short brown hair that either hangs down, or is braided back, occasionally brushed straight back. Green eyes. One small and one large 'whisker' on each cheek, often sticking out of his hair. Creamy spot on the back of each of his ears. Very quite and submissive, nonabrasive, lives to please sort of attitude. Quick to turn tail and run from conflict and confrontation.
History: Francis' parents, as the orphanage tells him, were a Raticate and a Floatzel who just weren't ready for a child, and gave him away at birth. The first five years of his life were quite uneventful, standard parentless child growing and living along other parentless children, a best friend, etc. Two months after his fifth birthday, Francis was adopted by Deliah O'Brein and her husband Marcus, who always wanted a son (Not quite what he expected). Deliah, who was rendered infertile after some childbirth issues with her daughter, Tammy, was dying for a second child and jumped at the chance to visit the orphanage. After the first visit, she fell in love with the little purple rat, consulted her husband, and filled out a MOUNTAIN of paperwork. Eventually he joined the family of Persians. Much to his fear the extended family was all feline (Glameows, Puruglys, Meowths, Persians, Skittys, Delcattys, Purloins, Liepards, and Uncle Desotto the Granbull)
