Pip seems to be following the Fattening Phenomenon, something I'm coining here that I've seen on FA before.
Basically, any character who begins to show pudgy or plus-sized traits, will inevitably be drawn bigger and bigger until they're full-blown huge.
Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. :3c
