Well, I drew this sketch in paint tool SAI. To change the colors, all you have to do is check the "preserve opacity" box where your lineart is at, and paint over your lineart with the color(s) of your choice. This also works for photoshop I hear, but it's never worked as effectively as in paint tool SAI in my opinion.
