So this is how Fifi releases large amounts of excess energy, occasionally she will get kaliko or someone of the like (someone heavier than she is) to put their hand on her head to hold her while she spins up her arms. This put a lot of strain on her motors which help move her around, I try to tell her not to spin them so fast as not to burn them out, and so she doesnt hit anyone else with them but she rarely listens... for such a small robot shes surprisingly dangerous sometimes...
