It's a fairly short one this time, just something I wrote as something of an introduction for this character because I plan to play her in Pathfinder! Vyrsa is a snow leopard from the distant reaches of the world, a follower of the path of star-gazers (read: wizard) and the path of warriors. She is coming to the mainland on a journey with her wolf companion, and they look up to the stars for guidance.

And not only is this Vyrsa's first story (technically not the wolf's first story >.>) it's also the first story I've written that is definitively set in the world of Aristalle - the high fantasy realm that is connected to the Wolfsmark through the Arbor, where the Sylvan Reach stands as its gateway. There's some familiar ideas in this story you've probably seen in my Wolfsmark stories, if you're looking for them!
