From that angle, I thought for sure I was seeing a navel, but now I see something like an arm and head in there. Huh.
I'm interested to know more about this. How many of these models did you make yourself? How many polys? What about textures and materials? That subtle reflection on the surface really adds to the taut rubbery-ness of the material.

The models are Little Dragon's Krystal and the cream coloured wolf texture comes from Errik's Krystal Fur Packs. The city and sky are from Urban Sprawl 2 The Big City by Stonemason. And as for the giant balloon and slight reflection, that's my doing with an oversized sphere and surface settings.
