So, yes and no, that's specifically plate armor rather than cybernetics, though that character is a spin-off of Wind's main OC who does have a cybernetic arm. But cybernetics do technically exist in BnJ.
However at the moment they're not something the general public has access to. Instead they're limited to people with either absurd amounts of money or tech. They also would be hard to make work on the undead since zombies like Delilah operate off of magic rather than normal biology.
