On a bright and sunny day, Sascha the little bearkitty decided that it was time for another adventure with his plushie friend Sammy.
He snatched the long-tailed lynx plushie from the pillow, where he had put him during his shower and getting dressed.
Now fully dressed in a purple shirt, dark grey shorts. comfy padding and wearing a cute yellow bandana with a starry pattern, he gave Sammy a gentle boop on the nose.
"Let's go for a ride, Sammy!" he exclaimed, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
"Meow?"
"You'll love it, Sammy... I'm sure of it!"
"Meow!"
"No, nothing to do with water, dun worry"
"Meow."
As usual, Sammy wasn't big on words, but the duo understood each other just fine. Of course Sammy was just a plushie, but in Sascha's imagination, his feline friend was alive.
Together went outside and Sascha brought a colorful tricycle out of the garage. The pink and yellow vehicle was mostly plastic, but it was sturdy enough.
He carefully placed Sammy in the front seat and made sure he was comfortable and secure. Well, as secure as he could be without seat belt.
"Hold on tight, Sammy!"
"Meow!"
Sascha positioned himself behind the tricycle and gave it a push, slow at first, but soon he was picking up the pace.
The two friends zoomed along the path, with Sascha's laughter filling the air.
Sammy was holding on firmly, his plushie face full of joy and determination, as he seemed to urge his bearkitty friend to go even faster.
After a while, they slowed down and came to a gentle stop at a cozy spot under a tree. Sascha lifted Sammy out of the tricycle and gave him a big hug.
"Now that was fun, Sammy!" he panted, flopping onto the soft grass with an audible crinkle.
"MEOOOOOW!" Sammy seemed to be out of breath as well, from the sheer effort of not falling off, but he also seemed eager to go again.
Sascha rested the lynx on his chest, giving his plushie friend a gentle nuzzle.
"Just...lemme... catch my breath...again!" he gasped "Then we can go...for round 2"
And awesome Slice-of-life picture, that I got from Mochiarts .
I really love her energetic art style, perfectly capturing that kiddo energy and playfulness.
Super happy how it turned out and happy I could commission Mochi again.
And that scene, it really could have been myself, when I was a kid!

She did the same for me awhile ago: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/57074004/
It's just amazing how artists are able to create things to where it looks like a photograph.
