You know I can actually see this being a plausible method of therapy. There are some people in the world with over-inflated egos who erroneously think everything revolves around them. Having their pride knocked down a few pegs in a safe environment by a licensed doctor can be a good way to combat narcissism. Nothing quite says 'you're not as special as you think you are' than getting stomped on by a skinny lizard.
