This was more or less a little challenge proposed by 
Sevegus
Ever since he created this little aquatic creature named Ronnie, he challenged me to see if I could take a sketch of his and then add a splash of color.
For a cute image like this, how can I resist? I even live-streamed it on his server too. I hope you enjoy the results as much as I enjoyed coloring this up.
