What's more fun than a colorful clashing creature?

I wanted to make a cute colorful outfit! WITH BIG OL' HANDPAWS!
This has actually been ready to post for half the month but I wanted to get a firmer grip on my workload before posting.

Naturally the colors can be changed to suit the winner's character.
Also the expression, mini plushies and silly little piercings can also be changed to better suit them!
