commissioned  Grumpyote on this! I wanted to get this for the longest time and now I finally can.

For those of you who've read my digimon stories, you probably know about the digimon I made by the name of Nikkoumon. Well throughout the stories including the series I still intend to continue, Nikkoumon has had a slew of different forms as one of his greatest traits is that he can use a unique form of DNA Digivolving that I created by the name of Soul Xros. It allows him to fuse with both Digimon and non Digimon that he's developed a close bond with and has a mutual likeness towards. If they're in unison then he can fuse with them to create more powerful variants of Nikkoumon.

This is one of them. Hackmon is Max's partner Digimon so naturally, they're very close and have a bond that you could say is pretty deep. (Especially when Hackmon's particularly hungry.) So it should be no big surprise that when Max digivolves into Nikkoumon, he could combine with them quite easily!

The reason for the name Hackmon is two part. One is quite obvious, since Hackmon is a part of him right now. The second however is that in this form, Max/Nikkoumon can modify his data at will. modifying the parameters of his programming to be as fast or as strong as the situation demands. He literally HACKS himself hence the name. And this is only possible because my Hackmon character has trained specifically to be able to do that himself to gain a more proficient combat form. (Which I intend to commission also one of these days!) But if ya have any questions about em feel free to ask! ^.=.^
