~1 in 120+ eggs (Uncommon) - Beetle/Dragonfly/Ladybug inspired

The overall strongest physical class even more so than the Queen, allegedly.
Not as rare as the princesses but still not all that common. Typically in charge of guarding the main hive but it's not unusual to see them get paired with princesses to protect resources and subhives.

They're too heavy to fly but they can use the wings hidden under their carapace to glide on top of their already ridiculous jumping strength. These physically brutal individuals are measured around 10-12ft tall.

Their exoskeletons are typically the hardest, serving as proper armor. Their abdomens are also the smallest, body proportion wise, as to not hinder mobility too much.
Their massive fists typically count 3 digits on each. Despite they colossal stature, these gentle giantesses are surprisingly dextrous, capable of using the claws on their fingers as pincer claws.

Some are way more armored, others less, and in all cases their intersections and joints are way more shock absorbent, damage resistant and heal faster than other classes, which is one of the main reasons they're even capable of sustaining their weight.
That and their size is extremely misleading when it comes to their speed. Some parts of their exoskeleton are packed with pockets of slime that they can explode at will.
Tentatively nicknamed Grenade Pockets, their detonation is used to increase this Class’ agility, mobility and striking power as the extra momentum created by these controlled blasts can either halt or accelerate their movement and speed.
All of which results in increasing their options and concussive abilities.
With all those physical aspects going for them, it is not uncommon to hear sonic booms and thunderclaps trailing behind wherever Soldiers get serious.


This slimesect class is also graced with a retractable head crest that they equip to protect their faces in combat, while charging at foes or performing physically demanding tasks like the Juggernauts that they are.
Soldiers' larvae tend to be too big to be ingested orally so they've evolved to just melt a host from the outside-in through pores and other avenues

-Cannot Fly, but boasts the best explosive mobility.
