It did always seem a little weird that Krystal was suddenly an Arwing pilot in Assault, whereas her only previous flying experience apparently was on pterodactyl back.
Not sure what I think about the shapeshifter bit, but I do like how you're exploring her past a little more in this. I think the destruction of her home planet was just briefly mentioned in Adventure, like, once, and they never touched on it again. So it's nice to see someone trying to make her more than a non-entity.
Heh... I want to find the ending in Command where Krystal turns into Cthulhu and makes everybody go insane.

The whole deal with the concept behind this, as I recall, was to go, "Okay, she's hot, she's fap material, but she's also an alien, and who's to say this is what she really looks like?" I was trying to break down the whole 'fap material' thing. :B Not that I have any particular love of Krystal as a character, mind.

Anyway, I was making a joke. In your story here, she talks about her true form possibly making them go mad, and I thought that would be an awesome alternate ending in Command.

My favorite ending in that game was the infamous "Kursed" ending, by the way. I want that one to be canon, so it can go back to the good ol' sausage-fest days of yore.
