Size: 10’ 9’’ (base size), her height varies thanks to the mutated berry she ate
Character appearance: Lucia’s body is covered in silver-white, very fine feathers, appearing almost like skin, while her stomach, eye ridges, back plates and tail spikes are all blue. Lucia, after eating one of the mutated berries, became more humanoid in shape, able to now stand on her own two legs and becoming anthropomorphic. She has an athletic build and body type. When she’s working out, Lucia normally wears a short gym top and short workout pants or yoga pants and shirts. When she’s just relaxing, Lucia wears a loose casual top and sweatpants
Personality: Lucia is a bumbling but good natured mother. She's more new and inexperienced with being able to interact with humans now that she can and still getting used to just how powerful her new size and abilities are. This leads her to be a little more rough with tinies than Lucy but in a more good natured way. She sometimes simply does not know the extent of her power.
Likes: Her daughter Lucy, water sports, underwater sports, exercising, interacting with humans (especially when they’re tiny), being huge, showing off, giving hugs and love, cooking, dad jokes, being supportive to others, being playful, long walks (sometimes across the continent)
Dislikes: Seeing anyone sad, seaweed, anyone messing with her daughter, destructive Pokemon
Character information: Lucia, a female Lugia in her 40’s is the mother of Lucy, her younger daughter in her 20’s. Before the mutated berries created by Team Rocket had been released into the world, Lucia and her daughter had just been normal wild Pokemon living in an underwater cave. They didn’t even have names, only doing what other wild pokemon had done during that time and survived day in and day out and Lucia easily taking down cocky trainers that wanted to catch her or her daughter. But that all changed when Lucia had gone ashore and retrieved some a bunch of berries scattered out in the wild. And in the pile were two mutated ones that Team Rocket had thrown out. After she and Lucy had eaten them, they found themselves with mysterious new abilities. Being able to talk the human language as well as being able to change the size of anything at will. Not to mention physical changes to their bodies, making them bipedal and anthropomorphic. Such a phenomenon was taking place all over the region as more and more pokemon stumbled onto these berries, drastically changing their lives.
After settling into her new life as a Pokemon who could do so much more now with her new abilities, Lucia now lives inside a beach side home and loves to compete in professional water and underwater sports. It seems only natural for her since she is a Lugia after all, and she thrives in the water. Aside from being a good athlete, Lucia also became a good cook as well. When she interacted with humans more and more, she was fascinated by the sheer amount of different foods that existed in the human towns and cities. Lucia and Lucy were so used to having to eat raw fish or berries that the idea of cooking food was so foreign to them. But after tasting some curries from Galar, courtesy of a Mudsdale named Terren who had also eaten a berry like she did, Lucia wanted to strive to be a fantastic cook for both herself and her daughter (as well as any other tinies she may have with her).
Lucia is new to her new lifestyle and social interactions so she is trying her best as she moves along her day to day life. Yet despite being thrust into this new world, she still remains as kind and caring as ever, to both her daughter as well as anyone else she comes across. After all, being a legendary Pokemon, Lucia knows she can be more than a little intimidating. She enjoys exercise and sports, a passion she realized when she got into competitive water and underwater sports like professional swimming, fishing, freediving, underwater hockey, surfing, and many more. During her down time, she can be seen all over the region, standing at a size bigger than a titan, striding across the tiny land and exploring the greater world now that she had both the size and ability to do so, interacting with the tinies as she did and even scooping up a few cities to take along with her for the ride, keeping them safe in her warm and loving embrace only a good mother like her can give.
Lucia may not be on Arthur's team but that doesn't mean she and her daughter can't run into them at some point!
