Meowna Meowstic is an important figure in the story of Agartha, as she regularly sides with Cutixen on dangerous and drastic adventures during expeditions with other friends at a Rehabilitation Guild, while also tending and caring for Chostic, her husband, while he resides at home in Fortune City. She is frequently excited, but somewhat cocky. She tosses jokes around left and right, even in dark situations. She's essentially a comic relief character with a serious personality when the situation calls for it, but most of the time she isn’t all that serious.

When she is with Chostic, most of their time is spent either traveling out together, or just spending time in their favorite place; home! They love spending time together … just a little less ‘dangerous’ all the time, unlike when Cutixen is around. Meowna and Chostic’s story begins right when they are born into the world—as orphans…not knowing who their parents were or what happened in their past, the two Espurrs were stuck together like glue, even having what you’d call puppy love at such a young age. However, the time came one day— where they overheard about adoption plans and feared that they might not ever be able to see each other again.
