Gurri is finally as fast and strong as the males her age, so she is now at the same level and speed as the others and can run with them in the mornings.
Gurri can now keep up with her brother Geno, Ronno and Prince Bambi, running just as fast as them. Bambi and Ronno are proud of how strong Gurri has become.
Geno is happy that his sister is finally accepted as she is and not only that, but she also commands respect among the other males.
On the other hand, Boso is still upset with the fact that Gurri, being Bambi's daughter, receives more attention and support from Ronno who is not even her father, while Boso does not receive that support.
Boso thinks that his father's opinion of him needs to change.

I like how you didn't make Boso a villain "just for the sake of it". He has his wounds, he has his backstory and has realistic reasons to do what he does. He doesn't just go around getting mad at others or arguing with Geno just because he feels like it or whatever. All he wants is for someone to recognize him, for someone to say "i'm proud of you". Honestly, I wonder if "villain" is even a proper description at this point—"antagonist" seems more fitting.
