While I loved my old ref sheet, I wanted to make a few changes to it to adjust my proto boy to what I really wanted. The artist who did this is

Seleth is an uncommon Protogen (he/they) who specializes in underwater infiltration. To facilitate this, he's specialized in both water and divination arcai; he primarily has focused on water arcai and uses this as his primary form of defense when he directly encounters opposition. Generally, Seleth prefers to rely on his arcai mastery over using weapons. On land, he can create and manipulate water to accomplish feats such as mist dispersion for quick getaways or pre-emptively obscuring vision, forming blasts or spears of water to disorient and attack opponents, using walls of water to deflect or slow down attacks, and using surges of water for quick repositioning (and that's to say nothing of his claws)! Underwater, he's far scarier, as he simply needs to manipulate existing water rather than both creating and manipulating that water. His speed is second-to-none, and he can use the water surrounding his target to constrict their movements, move and inhibit his opponent to his whim, and even attempt to crush them with a high pressure water jail! However, while somewhat proficient in divination arcai, his mastery of this skill is much more specialized than his general-purpose mastery of water.
Seleth uses divination as a form of short-term foresight, for both seeing when and how his adversaries will move when he is attempting to stealth around, and seeing how his opponents will strike when fighting hand-to-hand. The combination of these two abilities makes Seleth a formidable adversary, as his movements in and around water make him difficult to track down in stealth, and his ability to predict the movement of others makes him even harder to discover. Some missions do necessitate him to reveal himself and fight, and his combat abilities are nothing to scoff at either. He has a combination of strong offense, defense, and movement that make him a scary force in a brawl, so his opponents better beware! Arcai is Seleth's primary tool, and because he needs to concentrate to maintain its effects, any foe who wants to overtake Seleth needs to make sure they use wide-reaching attacks that are hard to dodge to circumvent his foresight, and breaking his concentration through physical or mental distress will make him a much easier opponent to deal with. Seleth isn't completely defenseless when he's unable to use arcai, as he has a backup energy pistol and extremely sharp claws, so it's still important to be careful around him!
As for his personality, Seleth had a troubled upbringing that caused him to be somewhat emotionally distant with those he cares for, which he uses as an asset when on his missions, since this allows him to remain emotionally detached and stay cool during missions. However, as he's grown older, he has been trying to work on that aspect of himself and become more well-rounded. Otherwise, he cares deeply for those around him, and tries to help others as much as he's able.
