Wow, as with the earlier Alli pic, as someone noted, it's a tribute to the design and the art that the character is instantly recognizable from the thumbnail with no prior expectations!
P.S. Longtail, real Chinese Cresteds are still mostly pretty horrifying. You made an entire webcomic full of shiver-monsters disguised as small fluffy animals!
