Both humans and iskai live on Albion. But there not realy aligned, infact they evolved seperately to the knowledge of the iskai, from those on earth. The only space ship that had visited them was the toronto, and it was destroyed due to trying to mine the planet. but that would have been many years ago at this point, so realy unsure...
