Emilio is a PI in Ferus City. He's the typical detective nior type. People come to him with cases when the FCPD can't solve it.

For those curious, I've had a story sitting around for the LONGEST time called Ferus City. I decided to revive it. It's basically just Baki but with animals lol. Everyone just wants to fight! >w<
