Out of all of the media from my childhood that blew me away since I was a kid, animated movies like Disney’s The Lion King stood out to be as the base of it all and got me into drawing cartoons and wanting to create stories of my own. I really wanted to do something for this movie, especially drawing the mane character himself Simba. And what better time for this than their 30th Anniversary. (And crazy awesome to know that this film came out in the same year that I was born in 1994) Hope you love this pic as much as I did drawing it.
