Summer is finally here. A chance to relax and enjoy the late nights, when the sun does not set until 21:00, and the cool evening air rustles through the dark green leaves of the trees. Sunday nights are the couple’s favorite. With most people going to work on Monday mornings, everywhere was quitter and they could have a nice glass of wine and relax at whichever restaurant they chose. Taking their time, and making the trip to their favorite place, Sukia and Divinity speed through the hills. Leaning into the corners and taking each peak a little faster than the valleys. The tires leave the ground, if only for a moment, while Sukia lets off the throttle. Divinity grabs his Husband tightly, squeezing the buck’s chest and holding on with all his strength. The bike touches the ground again. A little jolt sends the fox forward into his husband. The deer cranking the throttle and leaning into the acceleration. Wind blowing through his hair, and his body shielding his fox from the elements.
Approaching this week’s new restaurant, Sukia points off into the distance and instructs divinity to redirect his gaze to the horizon where the sun was kissing the water, preparing to disappear into the ocean for the night. Pinks and oranges illuminate the landscape as the couple reach their destination. Parking and helping his fox off the bike, they walk in, hand in hand. Ready to try something delicious, and for some reason, Sukia has a feeling Divinity will only want to order the chicken...
