"Long before Mowgli had been born, the Seeonee Jungle was often beseiged by human poachers from overseas. Humans native to India spoke of the legendary Bearers, powerful humans who protected the Jungle from harm. But it was these myths that garnered the attention of Europeans and Americans who were well meaning in ignorance at best... or unscrupulously evil at worst.
The Miraculous Bearers rose to the occasion to help the Seeonee Wolf Pack, especially as human weaponry escalated their battles. One wolf that proved himself in going above and beyond the call was Alexander. He had often been a great help during hunts and rationing during dry seasons with strategies that went beyond the traditions of the wolf pack. A human enemy required a human sort of mind.
It was these qualities that earned him the Ladybug Miraculous with Tikki all but falling for his sense of tactics. Perhaps his defining feature was his willingness to go back for any wolf that was caught or wounded. If there was chance to bring everyone home, he'd take it. His mate, Luri, was invaluable to him when he'd get too keen too act immediately. As the Bee Bearer, she had a good sense of what acts to take with a cool head.
Vermillion was his rival since they were pups and was the only one who came close to matching him, even if he erred on the side of striking first as fast as he could. He often disputed with Alexander's ideas of battle and believed in necessary sacrifices but never thought less of his friend for doing right by his ideals. As the Cat Bearer, he knew that his power wasn't to be employed so recklessly.
Alexander saw the best in others but not all lived up to what he saw in them. A infamous tiger, known for his brutality, had a noble side that earned him a Miraculous on the wolf've recommendation.
One the pack would live to regret..."
Here he is. Mowgli's father. I sorta wanted to make sure that he was Shiro-type of character, a paragon who others looked up to. My idea is that he started out heroic but could get in over his head emotionally before Luri helped him reign it in. A bit of a battle couple where he gets creative with strategizing while she gives great consideration to their actions.
