Entry: their slime is thicker, brighter, and yes more toxic. Their “cages” now act as a cape or head dress keeping the back cool. They are now more likely to retaliate against tomcoolery but not Coysile. They will help humans if asked and are still very scrappy. Though they can eat dead things they prefer rotting plants. They tend to stay uprooted so they can run if needed. Still addictive but is now psychedelic and the bloating is worse.
