History/Emotional Description: It wasn’t hard for Sal to tell she was adopted, though she wasn’t upset by it. She loves her adoptive family, and isn’t too worried about her real family. She grew up with a highly educated family, thus is pretty smart. With age though, it became apparent Sal wanted more than just to be another successful teacher or anything of that sort.
She always had love for battling and training. Whenever she wasn’t busy and by herself, she’d always practice her skills. Something about training always gave her such a rush…It was just a wonderful feeling. In order to help her with her skills, her adoptive parents told her about the PCA. She was of course torn about it (she wanted to stay back with her family and attend a local high school), but in the end decided to give it a shot. Most were stronger than her, but through the years, she’s managed to battle her way up the ladder a bit.
Sal is also a rather surprisingly compassionate one. She tries to help others when she can, even if it’s just to be a shoulder to cry on. Sometimes she gets so busy trying to help others she forgets about her own needs and problems, but she feels it’s for the best. Despite being so open to others in trying to help them, she’s still a bit closed off. It’s not that she doesn’t want to let people in, she just feels like their problems are a bit more important than her own, thus doesn’t share. If asked, she probably would, but otherwise just keeps it to herself.
Even when battling, she tries to keep the air light and cheery. She’ll be serious about it, yes, but otherwise just has fun with it. She doesn’t plan to keep battling for the rest of her life, but she’d love to find some job with it. Despite winning or losing, she always keeps a positive attitude.
