This took a really long time for me to finish. Another development sketch of Aureus. A near final design, a few things about this just really didn't please me when it was all said and done, but didn't see the sense in erasing parts I didn't like a whole lot, and it would detract from the purpose of the drawing: development.

Apart from the fact that I cannot draw hands to save my life, I didn't like the look of him wearing boots, nor did I really care for the cape. The pants kinda made me go "meh", and I realized those 3 things just didn't really sit with me as well as I thought they might. I also felt the front of the robe should be more closed, but I did that to allow for the pants.

The left paw is missing because I just didn't draw it. I felt I had enough done to get my ideas down on paper.
