Since Zatanna still has magic as a rabbit, Damian requests that she use magic to turn him into a German Shepard puppy so he can give his father and Selina some support. Since it's her magic used to transform him and not the stone that changed them, Zatanna should be able to change Damian back whenever he needs to.
