im dealing with OCD and Anxiety for my whole life but since 8 years it chronic... its interesting how it shifts from "everything is fine, the trees are green and the sky is blue" to "there is something horribly wrong and if I wont fix it I or someone else will die" and it hits with the cold sweat on your back.

I love your visualization of mental health issues. it always hits home and they are very inspiring. my art style is very cute and pastel-like and its hard for me to viaulize my feelings. I often tend to draw myself safe places. but looking at your art is really giving me big inspirations. thank you ♥
