An enigma of a fae, being an Alp Velta is a weaver of nightmares. Her large, oversized sleeves are seemingly host to a limitless variety of weaponry, which she gleefully whips out while participating in gang wars. Whether she has actual arms in those sleeves, or if the sleeves are her arms is a mystery that no one is stupid enough to find the answer to.

Which just so happens to be "insane woman with stupid huge sleeves that conceal any number of weapons" apparently)
