My god, I love this page. Every page you draw is my new favorite page, haha.
Best stream EVER, I am so thankful for everyone who sat around and listened to us babble for...what, five hours?
GOING TO BED NOW. I just can't stop obsessively refreshing the page to see if anyone else commented :P

8D Does anything beat peach juice?
I can't believe it either. We are very capable babblers. I'm very happy. But yes, GOING TO BED! Think of it this way, if you go to sleep when you wake up there will be more comments that you get to read XP I'm eating a banana cuz I just realized I'm too hungry to sleep.

FFFF I love your emotions omg ._. You totally nailed this page. Who needs dialog? ;)
I seriously love this comic ahhhh. I get so antsy and excited when I start reading a comic that I enjoy, because I CANNOT WAIT to see where the story goes. The storyline and your art is so engaging, I'm hooked. It's like that feeling when you're like, three chapters into a book and you already love it, and you see that you have 90% of the book still left to read... GAH! Love it :)

haha I'm glad you feel that way because this first little bit is VERY lacking in dialogue. Nine and Dice are pretty much giving each other the silent treatment (for the most part) so dialogue will be sparse in the beginning. The good news is there's probably even more than 90% of this left XD
I wouldn't in a million years recommend learning about comics by following my example. I'm far from professional and I'm pretty much learning by trial and error. The only 'education' I have in comics is from a couple books I bought and read (Making Comics by Scott McCloud and Comics and Sequential Art by Will Eisner). Otherwise I just see what I think works and doesn't in other comics and try to learn from that.
That's 'cause comedy compliments drama and drama compliments comedy (most of the time as a general rule). :) You'll probably find a lot more laughs in a well-written drama than a movie that's strictly comedy, for example, which only has a few good jokes. It depends on your sense of humour a bit, but usually in a drama you're more prone to laughter because the relief of something not-serious happening is greater than in a comedy where the point solely to try and drag a laugh out of you. ANYway, Ski and I agreed that this story is pretty damn dark so we need to inject bits of comedy to keep spirits up :P
