Here's the fictional comic book hero these two geekwads grew up idolizing. The Unbelievable Cap'n Comet ran for many, many issues, and supplied both Nat and Carrie with imaginary adventures for yeeears of their childhood. Bad guys to beat up, citizens to save, the works. Interesting how in his comics he managed, but in their adventures, the Cap needed just the amount of help that could be rendered by two plucky girlfriends. Weird! :)

Well! His powers are the ability to psychokinetically accelerate objects that are already in motion, and limited forcefield generation. So essentially, he can throw anything- a marble, a yo-yo, a punch, even himself- make it go really fast, and protect it with an almost-complete forcefield.
