As 'sweeps month' continues, I have another 'photo-op' taken last March at "Megacon 2011" in Orlando, Florida. This time, I'd found a newbie in "Artist's Alley", in the form of anthroartist/illustrator Brent Woodside...
Besides selling his artwork, Brent was also selling copies of a children's book he'd illustrated, entitled "Caleb The Mouse Engineer" - published by AuthorHouse and written by Clifford D. Cope - a fable (of sorts) set on a deserted island, where the title mouse had to use his wits to outsmart a greedy iguana.
For more information on "Caleb The Mouse Engineer", visit the AuthorHouse site at https://www.authorhouse.com or phone 1-800-839-8640.
Anyway, I bought a copy of the book, and took the opportunity of posing with Brent for this latest 'photo-op'. (Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to have him draw 'Caleb' or any other anthropomorphic character in my big black sketchbook.)
I'll have more 'photo-ops' from "Megacon 2011", later this month...
