Fallan is a kind and protective soul, preferring to comfort and care for others. His position of responsibility as a Keeper has become a personal area of purpose for him. While being a Keeper was expected of him, not his choice, he understands its importance and is determined to do his best. His work, dedication, and natural prowess as an extremely young Keeper has earned him the title “Prince of Tides”. He is quite prideful of his position and title despite his mild animosity towards it. This in turn has created a somewhat overconfident and competitive side to him which can lead to jealousy or challenging another. His good nature usually takes precedence over this though, with it only coming out in times of weakness. Being relatively young he does also value times of fun and humor. Being known to enjoy pranking those he’s close to.

Fallan’s magic consists primarily of water control. He can move and manipulate the shape of water freely, change its state of matter, modify its temperature, and change currents/waves intensity in an area for a period of time(overall think waterbending from Avatar). His astral magic is weaker, mainly consisting of manipulating light. He can use this to change the color of things, form minor illusions, or turn something invisible by making it reflect light from what’s behind it. As a hybrid of ocean and astral dragons his power increases and decreases with the tide and moon phase. Always gaining power at night compared to day.
