This is a version of Clovis where his design has been adapted to fit into the Pokemon world.

As a Torchic line, he's known to be a fortune chaser with exceptional natural intuition/luck. He always manages to find himself in situations that would be beneficial for him (even if it's not clear exactly how at the start).
A bit hotheaded and overly confident, arguably a disposition he's earned given the lack of consequences toward him in the past.
