Strange choice of background image. That's a Coles supermarket in Australia. Judging from the adjoining bottle shop, this is probably in Victoria, most likely Melbourne.

Apparently the artist took the picture himself.

I thought it was just a photo taken from the internet.

So I just had a look at his DA page and despite what I said, he appears to be from Sydney (or at least somewhere in New South Wales) since he explicitly states that he barracks for the Sydney Swans AFL team (although Sydney is more of an NRL hub so he could just as easily be a Sydney supporter from Melbourne which is an AFL hub). I know supermarkets in Victoria have an adjoining bottle shop, though it's been a long time since I've gone into a Coles or Woolworths in NSW, so who knows.

All I can say for sure is this is definitely not in Queensland where a bottle shop might be near or next to a supermarket, but not conjoined with it.
