URGENT SALE - end of my rope sale
COMMISSIONS ARE NOW OPEN, NO LIMITATIONS ON SLOTS. TURN AROUND LESS THAN 3 MONTHS.
We desperately could use some help.
We owe two full months of rent by the end of July- or we won't have a home.
I'm currently working through a queue of art still, but this sadly doesn't stop life from happening, and life just hit us pretty hard.
As of this time last year, my partner (Grim) was given the official call of having to go on disability by their doctor. This means they cannot work, either due to being disabled to the point where they can't do manual labor or the fact they require lots of extra rest. This puts the income on my shoulders as a commissions only artist who also struggles with things that keeps them from working.
Within the past weeks, we have found out that my godfather is dying of severe and fast spreading terminal cancer. Within a month he has deteriorated so quicky that he can no longer talk and needs to be sedated. As he is one of the closest family members I have, and one of the only ones who made a point to talk to me after I came out as trans-
This messed with my ability to get things done a lot.
but I have kept pushing through and am trying to get as much done as I could despite burnout and exhaustion.
However.
Yesterday- we found out that not only due to a clerical error with our rental company but a misunderstanding of rent cost has made us OVER A FULL MONTH LATE ON RENT DUE TO A SEVERELY COMPLICATED CLERICAL ERROR. (we have managed to get rid of any extra fees with management, but still have to pay up.)
HOWEVER-
this means we owe MORE (almost 2k more) in rent and bills than I would usually have to accommodate for, along with food, necessities and the very very small amount we manage to put away for hobbies or saving. We live hours from any family or close friends that could help with food or other things, so this is all on me to cover.
As I said earlier, despite the fact it almost pains me to reach out and admit it and give myself more work- we need help.
THIS MEANS ALL COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN WITHOUT LIMIT OF SLOT OR AMOUNT PER PERSON.
If you are interested in simply donating or not getting art in response, please let me know and we will work something out.
(GOAL 950/1200 USD (any extra will be used as a buffer/ savings / for us to finally go on vacation after 5 years of nothing but work)
