The image may be too big, i gave you a 3kx3k with 300 dpi resolution picture, and FA only accepts images up to 1260, it should manually re size your pic but since its too big, you may want to cut the size to 1500x1500 or something like that, that should be easier for the compression and resizing of the up loader tool.
