Zoww and Banzai are something of rivals. They‘re both prominent males in Shenzi’s clan, and Banzai finds himself often jealous of Zoww’s big appetite. This leads to occasional contests between the two that Banzai always takes too seriously. One time. they got the opportunity to gorge on a dead elephant together and of course, Zoww came out on top, leaving the poor bloated banzai with quite a lot more than he was meant to hold to digest for nothing. At least Zoww is a gracious winner and offers his buddy a little comfort, both not in any state to be going anywhere until their feasts are done weighting them down.
