Other parts of the world would build larger civilizations and cities, advancing wood and ironworks as well as law and trade. The chains Caine is locked in would have to come from that "civilized" world, either stolen or found by members of his own pack, and very specifically chosen for his punishment.

Heh, I bet this Stefan character would think it would be pretty unfair if a group of much larger and stronger group of, say bears or tigers treated them the same.
Figure this is a retired project at this point. But really great stuff, the emotional facial and body expressions are wonderful!
