So, I managed to get this done via paper and pen, and then digitalize it. And then tested out some new methods and minor adjustment to the eyes. And I apologize for the lazy look of the background or lighting and shading. Hope you guys like it. Crappy short story time-

Some miles away from Cianwood city, taking a small break of investigating a forgotten ruins that may help him on his quest to free the two souls within him, Masezaru, the humanoid Charizard takes a small break standing at a grassy cliff edge and takes in the scenery. He raises his left arm, an advanced gear watch on his wrist and checks the weather for the week forecasting that it will be breezy and partly cloudy days ahead, so he can plan his flight back home. He sighs as the Charizard knows his quest is going to be painfully long one, or near impossible, but he couldn't help but find a way to resolve it. Suddenly, he soon snaps back to reality felt uneasy as if someone is watching him. Masezaru slowly gets up then hears a sound of rushing water coming from behind him. Immediately he dodged a powerful water gun, then another and another. He turns to the direction of the water gun and sees two silhouettes coming out of the forest. An elite team rocket, far different than the ones known infamously from the ones in Johto and Kanto judging by her outfit and the subtle R logo embroidened on the shoulder of her shirt, and a water type Pokemon. A strong one. "So finally get to meet a Pokémon Hybrid up close and personal.~" The elite Rocket member spoke, sounding Kalos with a French accent and feminine to it. Masezaru glares silently at her, slightly narrowing his eyes and in a combative stance. "Who are you?" He asks. "Well if you want to find out, you'll have to defeat me first, ma chérie.~" With a snap, several more spouts of water come bursting out from the tree line making him take to the sky performing aerial maneuvers before summoning his own Pokemon team. Forcing him into combat with the Elite Team Rocket as she gives off a wicked smile.
