You must have a Toyhou.se account to enter this raffle. If you do not have one and need an invite code, we have posted several here. The password is FatedMagic. Feel free to take one.

In order to join the raffle, you must do the following:

- Favorite this character profile on Toyhouse.

In addition to the above, you may also complete any of the tasks below to to gain additional tickets and improve your chances of winning:

+1 ticket if you are subscribed to the FatedMagic account on Toyhou.se (New subscribers welcome)
+1 ticket for each adopt or P2U base you have purchased from us since 7/1/2023 (New purchases that occur before the end of the raffle included)

If you complete any of the additional tasks, you must comment on the character's Toyhou.se profile letting us know which additional tasks you've completed and how many tickets it adds up to. The tasks will not be counted if the total is not included.

This raffle will end on July 8th, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be picked sometime the next day using this website.

Should you win the character, you will have 1 week from the time the winner is announced to accept the character transfer on Toyhou.se. If you do not accept within this timeframe, a new winner will be chosen from the list of entrants.

Anyone who purchases this character may do the following:

- Make any alterations to the character (credit must still be given for original design).
- Transfer, trade, or sell the character for any amount of compensation.

Prohibited Uses

Anyone who purchases this design may not do the following:

- Display the character without including credit.
- Use the character for any purpose that is unlawful under US Federal law or the laws of any location that holds local jurisdiction over the License Holder.
- Use the character or licensed material in furtherance of or in direct connection to hate speech against any class protected under US federal law. This explicitly includes any material which degrades, dehumanizes, or incites violence against someone for their status as a protected class. This explicitly does not include the reclamation of slurs.

Retained Rights

The original Fated Magic artist that created this character will retain the rights to the following after the license has been purchased:

- The copyright assignment of the character and any licensed materials.
- The right to reuse elements of the design including the lineart, shading layers, accessories, markings, color pallets, and themes. The exact combination of all elements used in the design will not be replicated.
- The right to display any licensed material in their own portfolio or galleries or to use it in advertising materials as an example of their work.
- Any other rights not explicitly granted through the purchase of this license.
