So time for another binge into to the nerdy drinks

this week it was all good to no flops here

This one was one that I really wanted to try, I got my proportions off a bit on my drink, added to much foam to booze. and If I made it again I think I would use the egg free alternitive

also I'm altering the recipie slightly here since the book calls for 5 eggs worth wich generates way to much merieng If you were making a bunch of these maybe but one or 2 its serous over kill

Black Yukon Sucker Punch

Ingrediants
1 oz bourbon
1 oz honey liqueur
1 oz cherry liqueur
3 oz chilled coffee
4 teaspoons spiced maple syrup
3 ice cubes

egg meathod
2 egg whites
1 oz blue curacao
1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

eggless
4 oz whipping cream
3/4 oz blue curacao

meathod
1 add borboun, liqueurs, coffee, and 2 teaspoonds of maple into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
2 strain into a highball glass
3 make foam
3-A add whites, blue curacao, lemon juice, tartar, and the two teaspoons maple to mixing bowl and whip to twin (hah) stiff peaks, spoon ontop of drink and smooth the top
3-B add cream, blue curacao, and maple syrup to mixing bowl and whip to make a whipped cream. spoon onto drink and smooth the top
4 drink and enjoy

for me this was an okay drink if I try it again I am deffitly going the whipped cream meathod I think the cream would taste better with the coffee but thats just me
