Set in a world of humans and furries, with mutual distrust on both sides, this is a story of a boy overcoming prejudice and fear, and coming to terms with who he is.

The Vignettes were originally going to be writing exercises I set for myself; hoping to get one or two written a week. That failed; after this first one (which I now only think of as half a vignette anyway, it being so short), it was another month before I wrote the second and third ones. In any case, they, like the main storyline, are now just getting worked on whenever the creative part of my brain decides to cooperate.
