My pal Leo Batic, down in La Plata, Argentina, was having a tricky time finding his favourite brand of pencil, Prismacolor Col-Erase pencils. Those are easy to get here in NYC, so I sent him down a few boxes of the 24-pack of various colours, and some loosies in colours he uses heavily. He sent me this by way of happy acknowledgement they arrived safe and sound. I, for one, had not been aware that vampires were violet. This is useful knowledge.
