Grapple Queen's is pretty intense. Her costume and cup size are among the few that make Taurus's look tame by comparison.

I think you misread that. That was a rumor being spread around about him and Shadowstar and Shadowstar mentioned Celsius’ girlfriend there.

No, there was a rumor discussed in Date Night that Shadowstar and Celsius might be a secret couple but Shadowstar stated that one of the reasons was that Celsius' girlfriend won't let him work with female supers so he avoids them, even being near them.
