1. There'll be a city wide epidemic of heads tucked in when all that debris falls!

A piece of debris falls on his head, shoving it in and knocking him out, causing his powers to turn off and send the rest of debris falling onto other peoples heads.
(Bonus points: The constent exporsere to ESP caused the debris to become sentient and take over all the knocked out bodies.)

The debris on the weasel's head would be a mascot from some fast food restaurant sign, with the weasel only able to grumble underneath as the mascot head goes about its business
(Also the sentience of all the other debris eventually wears off, but thanks to the weasel's power the mascot head remains conscious and in control of him indefinitely)
